The Government of Sindh intends to implement the “Rehabilitation of Rani Bagh” in Hyderabad under PPP mode.
The facilities at Rani Bagh will be constructed/rehabilitated as per the proposed master plan.
User-pay revenue model to fund O&M expenditure, equity returns, debt service and Procuring Agency’s revenue share.
The provision of state-of-the-art multipurpose recreational facility will have greater social and economic impact on the residents of Hyderabad and surrounding town.
